Modul-System launches new fleet solutions at the CV Show 2025

At this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show, Modul-System unveils a series of new innovations designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and connectivity for professional fleets.

Smart hook locks with Modul-Connect integration

Modul-System introduces advanced smart hook locks, offering an additional layer of security for commercial vehicles. Fully integrated with the Modul-Connect platform via Bluetooth, these locks allow users to monitor lock status (locked/unlocked) in real time through the smartphone app, online portal, or in-vehicle display panel.
This functionality reduces the risk of human error and enhances overall fleet security by allowing remote verification of lock status.

Lightweight Smart Floor with high-traction surface

The new Smart Floor is a lightweight, ergonomic solution featuring a non-slip, high-traction surface. Weighing just 5.1 kg/m², it is among the lightest floors available—ideal for weight-sensitive vehicle installations.
For racking installation, the floor can be combined with the Smart Floor Bracket: a crash-tested, non-intrusive bracket system that is bonded directly to the vehicle body. This allows secure mounting of racking systems without the need for drilling, helping maintain structural integrity and simplifying installation.

Modul-Connect now available via Android auto and Apple CarPlay

Modul-System has released an updated version of the Modul-Connect app, now compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This integration enables drivers to access and manage connected vehicle systems directly through the OEM infotainment screen, regardless of vehicle make.
The app interface is designed in accordance with regulatory standards for display readability, including predefined font sizes and visibility requirements. This ensures safe interaction while driving and minimises distraction.
